Apple Body Shape

Firstly, I would like to clarify that there is no "correct" body shape. Every body shape is beautiful, and we should celebrate all types of shapes and sizes. However, some people may want to determine their body shape for style and fashion purposes, and that is what we will be discussing in this article.


Apple shape: If you have a wider upper body, with broad shoulders and chest, and slimmer hips and legs, you have an apple body shape. The key to dressing an apple shape is to balance out the proportions by creating an illusion of a longer torso and elongating the legs. Tops with a v-neck or scoop neck, and high-waisted bottoms, such as trousers and skirts, can help create that illusion.


It's important to remember that everyone's body shape is unique, and these primary shapes are simply a guideline. Experiment with different outfits and styles to find what works best for you and makes you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.
